These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", or "you") and bull888 (hereinafter "bull888", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at https://bull888.cam (hereinafter the "Platform").

• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits not yet eligible for withdrawal.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals may be processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in eligible games before any associated winnings become withdrawable.

• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction from which access to the Platform is prohibited by applicable law or Platform policy.
• "Sporting Event" means any real-world sports competition or tournament offered for betting on the Platform, including EPL matches, Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, UFC events, and other sports markets.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform.
2. You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where accessing the Platform would violate applicable law.
4. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or operating an Account.
5. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform or any voluntary exclusion programme that would prohibit your access to gambling services.
6. You must not be an employee, officer, director, or agent of bull888 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bull888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed, and forfeit all associated balances.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. bull888 accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the User.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bull888 staff will never request your password via live chat, email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out using your Account credentials is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

bull888 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or at any time our compliance team deems necessary. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, as well as proof of residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension and delays to any pending withdrawals.

bull888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of local and international payment methods, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, as well as cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT). Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

All deposits are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made via e-wallet or FPX are typically credited to the Account within minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon sufficient network confirmations. bull888 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and compliance review. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (via FPX to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours during normal business hours, and may take longer during Malaysian public holidays. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain network processing times.

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• The Account must have completed KYC verification.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed applicable daily or tier-based withdrawal limits.
• The Account must be in good standing with no open compliance investigations.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in the Account holder's verified name.

The functional currency of the Platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in MYR unless otherwise explicitly stated. Cryptocurrency amounts are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by bull888 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to an Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements applicable to each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion documentation. Only certain game categories may contribute to fulfilling Wagering Requirements — please check individual promotion pages for eligible games.

Bonus funds that are not utilised within their stated validity period will be automatically removed from the Account. bull888 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

bull888 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee a hedged outcome, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, bull888 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close the Account.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to bull888's acceptance. bull888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of system errors, manifest pricing errors, or unusual betting patterns that may indicate abuse.

A bet may be declared void — with stakes returned to the Account — in the following circumstances: the event does not take place on the scheduled date; the bet was accepted following a manifest pricing error; the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or declared void by the relevant sporting authority; or the bet was placed in violation of these Terms.

Sports betting markets on bull888 include but are not limited to English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, UEFA Champions League, Liga Super Malaysia, Malaysia Cup, AFC Champions League, UFC, and a range of other international sporting events. All bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority. In-play (live) betting results are subject to the outcome at the time the bet is confirmed, not at the time of placement.

All casino games and slot titles available on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently random and not influenced by previous results. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical return rates and do not guarantee outcomes for individual sessions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential permanent termination:

• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any compliance review.
• Operating multiple Accounts (whether personally or through nominees) to circumvent rules or claim multiple bonuses.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform.
• Knowingly exploiting software or platform errors, pricing mistakes, or technical bugs for financial gain.
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention method.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, intimidation, or abusive conduct toward bull888 staff or other Users.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, game assets, and the bull888 brand name, is the exclusive intellectual property of bull888 or its licensors. No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of bull888.

The bull888 name, logo, and associated branding are proprietary to bull888. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property — including in social media posts, third-party websites, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bull888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to system outages or technical failures; loss of data; delay in processing withdrawals due to circumstances outside bull888's control; or any action taken by bull888 in accordance with these Terms.

bull888 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Platform, or any part thereof, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, for maintenance, technical, or regulatory reasons.

In all cases, bull888's maximum aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bull888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where there is a reasonable basis to believe that: these Terms have been breached; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity has occurred; a compliance or AML concern has been identified; or the Account is subject to a formal complaint or investigation.

Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is finalised, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed, and any bonus funds will be forfeited unless the Wagering Requirement has already been met. bull888 will process Account closure requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via the Responsible Gambling section of their Account settings or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once active, prevent login and all gambling activity for the duration selected. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Nothing in this clause shall limit bull888's right to seek interim relief or injunctive remedies in any court of competent jurisdiction.

bull888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, bull888 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.2 above.
